INTRODUCTION：2017 Pintung Land Art Festival 屏東地景藝術節 - 作品「竹籬笆」
Taiwan military dependents' village used to be named as “Bamboo Fence.” In the early period, the villages were temporary residence built with thatch and bamboo canes. Tiles and cement were used as building materials later on. So, there are two meanings of this creation. One is for echoing history of the military dependents' village by its name, “Boundary transformation”, and the other is for reproducing scene and landscape of the village by installing art creations. The space formed with clothes racks not metal fence looks winding, trying to create a brand new area to revitalize the atmosphere and the view of the village than just landscaping.
